This Cookie Policy explains how FOP Yevtushenko Valerii ("we", the operator of Chatrix) uses cookies and similar technologies on chatrix.live and within the Chatrix application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in and measure usage. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags.
2. Cookies we use
Required for the site to function. No consent required under ePrivacy / GDPR.
accessToken/refreshToken— authentication for signed-in operators (held in localStorage, not cookies).__cf_bm,cf_clearance— Cloudflare security / DDoS protection.- Consent banner state — remembers your choice.
They enable enhanced features that are not strictly necessary.
- UI preferences (theme, selected language in the operator dashboard).
- Recent-search or draft-state caches in the dashboard.
We use one analytics tool on chatrix.live: Google Analytics 4. It is not loaded, and none of the cookies below is set, until you choose Accept all in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject non-essential or close the banner without choosing, it is not loaded. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as implemented nationally, e.g. § 25 TDDDG in Germany). Recipients are described in section 10 and international transfers in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA. Measurement ID G-Q18XS874B7.
Purpose: to count visits and see which pages are viewed, which page referred you, your approximate location (country, region, city), your device and browser, and how many visitors click the sign-up link, the sales or partner email links or send the contact form (only the fact and the chosen topic, not the message). For visitors in the EU, Switzerland and the UK, Google uses the IP address only to derive the approximate location and does not log or store it.
_ga— distinguishes visitors; 2 years._ga_<container-id>(here_ga_Q18XS874B7) — keeps the session state; 2 years.
Lifetimes are Google's defaults; some browsers shorten them. More: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services; Google Analytics cookie usage.
We do not use advertising cookies on chatrix.live. The only third-party tracking on the site is the analytics described above, and only after your consent.
The embedded Chatrix widget on a customer's own website may set a session identifier to link visitor messages across page loads. That cookie is governed by the customer's cookie policy — not by this document.
3. Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare in front of our servers for DDoS protection and performance. Cloudflare may set minimal security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance). These are strictly necessary.
Cloudflare also applies Email Address Obfuscation to our contact links, which may inject a small JavaScript decoder on page load.
4. How to manage cookies

Reopen the consent banner to change your preferences at any time.
- Browser settings: you can delete cookies, block third-party cookies and set per-site preferences. See browser-specific help: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, with effect for the future. Click Open cookie preferences above (this page is linked in the footer of every page) and choose Reject non-essential. From the next page you open, Google Analytics is no longer loaded. Cookies it has already set stay in your browser until they expire unless you delete them in your browser settings.
