This Cookie Policy explains how AP Software ("we") uses cookies and similar technologies on chatrix.live and within the Chatrix application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in and measure usage. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags.
2. Cookies we use
Required for the site to function. No consent required under ePrivacy / GDPR.
accessToken/refreshToken— authentication for signed-in operators (held in localStorage, not cookies).__cf_bm,cf_clearance— Cloudflare security / DDoS protection.- Consent banner state — remembers your choice.
Enable enhanced features that are not strictly necessary.
- UI preferences (theme, selected language in the operator console).
- Recent-search or draft-state caches in the dashboard.
If enabled, privacy-respecting analytics help us understand which pages are visited.
- Aggregated page-view counts; no cross-site tracking.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on chatrix.live.
The embedded Chatrix widget on a customer's own website may set a session identifier to link visitor messages across page loads. That cookie is governed by the customer's cookie policy — not by this document.
3. Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare in front of our servers for DDoS protection and performance. Cloudflare may set minimal security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance). These are strictly necessary.
Cloudflare also applies Email Address Obfuscation to our contact links, which may inject a small JavaScript decoder on page load.
4. How to manage cookies
