Where the assistant works
- On Telegram and WhatsApp — the channels candidates use most.
- On your agency’s website — on the job pages.
- On Instagram and Facebook — replies to messages that come in after job ads.
- In the evening and on weekends — when candidates have time to write.
What it answers on its own
- Which jobs are open, in which country and city.
- Pay, schedule, housing, meals, getting to work — from the job description.
- Which documents are needed and how long the paperwork takes.
- How the trip abroad works and what awaits the candidate in the first days.
Initial screening
- The candidate picks a job with a button.
- The assistant asks your questions: age, experience, language skills, whether they have a passport and a visa.
- The candidate sends a photo of their passport and a CV right in the chat.
- The application goes to a recruiter and to your CRM via webhook; the recruiter picks up the conversation where the assistant left off.
If a candidate doesn’t meet your requirements — say, they have no international passport — the scenario answers them on its own and suggests what to do next. Recruiters spend time only on people they can work with.
Example
Candidate: Assalomu alaykum! Polshadagi omborxona ishi hali bormi? Maosh qancha?
Assistant: Va alaykum assalom! Ha, Vrotslavdagi omborda ish bor: soatiga 30 zlotiy, yotoqxona beriladi. Yoshingiz va qancha tajribangiz borligini yozing — anketangizni rekruterga yuboraman.
The recruiter sees: “Hello! Is the warehouse job in Poland still available? What’s the pay?” This is an example: the assistant takes the terms from your job listings.
Languages and translation
The assistant answers in 10 languages, including Uzbek, Ukrainian and Russian. The recruiter reads the conversation translated into their language, and their reply reaches the candidate in the candidate’s language — on Telegram, WhatsApp or the website. That way the recruiter can also talk to candidates in other languages, such as Tajik or Kyrgyz.
Candidates’ documents
Passports and CVs that candidates send in the chat are stored on servers in the European Union. The data processing agreement is on the DPA page; details are on the Security page.
