Where the assistant works
- On your firm’s website — on the services and pricing pages, where a client’s first question comes up.
- On WhatsApp and Telegram — where migrants write most often.
- On Instagram and Facebook — replies to messages that come in after posts and ads.
- At night and on weekends — when your lawyers are out of the office and the client is ready to book.
What it answers on its own
- Which cases you handle and what a consultation and full case support cost.
- Which documents are needed for a visa, a residence permit or family reunification — from your list.
- Timelines, how you work and how a consultation goes — in the office or online.
- Address, office hours, payment methods.
The assistant answers only from your materials. Questions that need a lawyer’s judgment — what the chances are, what to do in a particular situation — it doesn’t decide on its own; it passes the request to a person.
How a request goes
- The client writes in their own language — in the chat on your website or in a messenger.
- The assistant answers general questions and asks follow-ups from your scenario: citizenship, country of residence, purpose, timing.
- The client sends photos of documents right in the chat.
- The lawyer receives the request translated into their language and replies — the client gets the answer in theirs.
Example
The lawyer reads: “Hello, I’m a refugee from Syria and I live in Germany. Can I be reunited with my wife and children? What documents are needed?” — and replies in English, while the client receives the answer in Arabic. Common questions in Ukrainian, Uzbek and the chat’s other languages are answered right away by the assistant.
Languages and translation
The assistant itself answers in 10 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic, Uzbek, Ukrainian and Russian — the same languages the website chat speaks. With clients who write in other languages, the lawyer does the talking: Chatrix translates the conversation both ways — the client’s messages into the lawyer’s language, the lawyer’s reply into the client’s. We’ve tested translation with Hebrew, Turkish, Polish and Chinese.
