What it answers
- Prices and availability exactly as written on your site or in your files.
- Sizes from your own size charts — the assistant reads the full table, not a summary.
- Delivery, payment, exchanges and returns from your policies.
- Anything else your website, PDF or DOCX files cover. If the answer is not in your materials, the assistant says so and hands the chat to a person instead of guessing.
How an order is taken
- The customer chooses an item — on the site, in Messenger or in Instagram Direct.
- The assistant asks only for what is missing: size, name, phone, city, pickup point.
- It repeats the order back as a short card so the customer can check it.
- An operator confirms the order and takes it from there. Payment goes through your usual process.
An example conversation
Customer: Hi! Do you have the linen dress in M? I'm 168 cm.
Assistant: Hi! Yes, the linen dress is available in M. According to our size chart, M fits an 88–92 cm chest, and the length works well for 168 cm. Shall I place the order? I'll need your name, phone and city.
Customer: Yes please — Anna, Kyiv.
Assistant: Thank you, Anna! Linen dress, size M, delivery to Kyiv. What phone number should the manager use to confirm?

One inbox for every channel
Conversations from a small website widget (about 16 KB, so it does not slow the page down), Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct all land in the same operator inbox, each conversation marked with its channel. Meta's 24-hour messaging rule is handled for you. Reports break conversations down by site and channel.
Sounds like your managers
Describe how your team talks and upload real replies from past chats. The assistant greets, asks the next question and formats the order the way your managers do. Emoji can be switched on or off.
Upset customers do not slip through
Every customer message gets a mood mark — angry, unhappy, calm or happy. When someone is upset, operators get an alert in the dashboard and in Telegram, the assistant softens its reply and offers to hand the chat to a person, and the mood report shows what upsets customers most: delivery, sizes, slow replies and so on.
The customer's language, always
English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic, Uzbek, Ukrainian and Russian: the reply follows the customer's language even when your materials are written in another.
Every step is visible
Assistant replies are marked in the chat. For each answer, operators see where it came from, which model wrote it, how long it took and what it cost. A person can take over at any moment.
