Where the assistant works
- On the hotel or travel agency website — next to room prices and photos.
- On Instagram and Facebook — after posts and ads.
- On WhatsApp and Telegram — guests write before arrival and during their stay.
- Around the clock — even when the front desk is busy.
What it answers on its own
- Rooms, capacity, what’s included in the price.
- Check-in and check-out, early arrival, pets, parking.
- Transfers, excursions, how to get there.
- Payment and cancellation policies.
Bookings and guest requests
The assistant asks for the dates, the number of guests and any special wishes and passes the request to your front desk — or gives a link to your booking engine if it’s in your materials.
During their stay, a guest writes on WhatsApp that the air conditioning isn’t working — the assistant takes the request and passes it to a staff member. If the guest is upset, the staff member gets an alert right away, before the problem turns into a bad review.
Example
Guest: ¡Hola!
The front desk sees the conversation translated into their language. This is an example: the assistant takes prices and terms from your materials.
Languages and translation
The assistant answers in 10 languages. Your staff read the conversation translated into their language, and their reply reaches the guest in the guest’s language — on the website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or Messenger; that way they can talk to guests in any language.
Try it on your own website
Sign up, enter your hotel’s website address and talk to your assistant on a test page. The Start plan is free for 10 days, no card required.
