What it answers on its own
- Prices for services and treatment packages.
- Which doctors see patients and in which specialties.
- How to prepare for a test or procedure and what to do afterward.
- For patients from abroad: how many days treatment takes, transfers, accommodation, what to bring.
The assistant doesn’t go into symptoms, diagnoses or treatment — it passes those questions to a doctor or your front desk.
Appointments
- The patient chooses a service or a doctor.
- The assistant asks for convenient days and times, a name and a phone number.
- The patient can send a scan or test results right in the chat.
- The front desk confirms the time — in the Chatrix dashboard or straight from Telegram.
Soon the assistant will be able to offer available slots from your calendar and book the patient itself. This feature is in development; Google Calendar comes first.

Languages and translation
The assistant answers in 10 languages. The front desk reads the conversation translated into their language, and their reply reaches the patient in the patient’s language — so they can also talk to patients who write in other languages.
Medical data
Health information is a special category of personal data. Chatrix servers are in the European Union; the data processing agreement is on the DPA page, and details are on the Security page.
