Where the assistant works
- On your organization’s website — where your aid programs are described.
- On Telegram and WhatsApp — the main channels refugees use.
- On Facebook and Instagram — messages that come in after posts.
- At night and on weekends — when no volunteers are around.
What it answers on its own
- Which aid programs exist and who can get them.
- Addresses of aid centers, opening hours, what to bring.
- How to sign up for a consultation — legal or psychological — or for language courses.
- Useful addresses and links — from your list.
What volunteers get
- The conversation translated into their language; the volunteer’s reply reaches the person in theirs.
- Urgent and complex requests — the assistant hands them to a person right away.
- An alert in the dashboard and in Telegram if someone is upset or angry.
- Reports: how many requests came in and what people ask about most.
Example
The volunteer sees the conversation translated into their language. This is an example: the assistant takes addresses and schedules from your materials.
